برنامج لإدارة المراجع في البحث العلمي
هناك العديد من البرامج التي تساعدك على تخزين مراجعك و مصادرك للرجوع إليها لاحقا عند كتابة ورقة علمية أو تقرير الماجستير أو الدكتوراة.
و هنا سنتحدث عن برنامج EndNote و كيفية استخدامه لتنظيم المراجع … و لن نتناول برامج أخرى مثل Refererence Maneger و غيرها لأنها تتبع نفس الطريقة.
الإصدارة الثامنة و الأخيرة من برنامج EndNote يدعم اللغة العربية و هذه قد تكون ميزة جيدة ممن يريد أن يخزن مراجعه بالعربي.
لذا دعونا نتحدث عن البرنامج كوسيلة لتخزين المراجع بطريقة فعالة و مريحة.
عند تركيب برنامج EndNote سيتم تركيب ايضا شريط أدوات للبرنامج في برنامج الوورد لتسهيل عملية إدراج مرجع في المستند الذي تعمل عليه.
عندما تبحث في الإنترنت و خاصة في المكتبات الرقمية مثل ACM ستجد دائما تحت كل ورقة علمية وصلة لإدراج صيغة المصدر في برامج إدارة المصادر مثل Endnote مثلا هذه الوصلة تسمى Citation عند الضغط عليها ستحصل على ملف خزنه في أي مكان معروف لديك و ليكن سطح المكتب مثلا. بعدها إذهب لبرنامج EndNote و اطلب منه استيراد Import الملف الذي حملته. بعد استيراد الملف ستجد أن طريقة صياغة المصدر قد تهيأت لديك تلقائيا من دون عناء كتابته داخل البرنامج.
أيضا ميزة جدا جميلة في البرنامج هي امكانية ربط المستند الأصلي للمصدر الذي وجدته و حملته على جهازك بصيغة المصدر Citation و ذلك لسهولة الرجوع للورقة عند الحاجة إليها.
كما و أن للبرنامج خاصية البحث بين المكتبات الرقمية من دون الذهاب لموقع المكتبة و لكن يتطلب ذلك أن يكون لك اسم مستخدم و كلمة مرور لكل مكتبة تريد البحث فيها إذا كانت تتطلب ذلك.
هناك العديد من الوظائف المفيدة و الفعالة في البرنامج و الذي بحاجة لشرح دقيق …و لكن نريد أن ننوه بأهمية مثل هذه البرامج في تنظيم مراجعك لأنك بالتأكيد و مع مرور الوقت و تراكم المصادر لديك ستجد نفسك عاجزا عن تنظيمها و صياغة مصدرها ..لذا عليك بتركيب البرنامج فورا و إدخال كل مرجع مهم لك أولا بأول حتى توفر على نفسك هم صياغة المصادر و التي قد تأخذ منك وقتا لا يستهان به عند تسليم التقرير.
